To create a comprehensive, collaborative, and sustainable neighborhood reinvestment project that restores a strong and growing base of homeowners as the driving force in regaining local control of the neighborhood block by block.
Our Vision
S.H.A.C. seeks to transform Sherman Park into the number one residential neighborhood in Milwaukee and improve the quality of life for its current and future residents.
Our Mission
S.H.A.C. seeks to revitalize and stabilize the Sherman Park neighborhood by establishing a scattered site housing cooperative, run, and operated by the homeowners and residents of the Sherman Park Community.
